When I decided to add a new product to the BitBrew lineup and name it after Seals with Clubs, I must admit, I ran into a bit of a block. I’m somewhat proud of my ability to match a coffee with a personality and come up with a catchy name to go along with it, but this one had me stumped.
Then, while idly looking over the freshly roasted beans at my roaster, it hit me. What else would one prefer to imbibe while engrossed in a poker tournament but espresso!
