BitBrew was launched in May 2011 with the lofty goal of providing high quality coffee exclusively in exchange for bitcoins in order to do its share of sustaining a viable economy with the controversial crypto-currency. The BitBrew philosophy is, “Providing the highest quality product possible paired with careful, sincere consideration of customers’ needs is the best recipe for a successful business and a clear conscience.” As of yet, BitBrew is run solely by one individual (me) known as “edd” at the Bitcointalk forums and elsewhere. Located in San Antonio, Texas, BitBrew gets its coffee from a local roaster and ships anywhere within the contiguous 48 United States at no additional charge. Beans are usually roasted on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and shipped out the next day, with delivery time varying according to the distance your order must travel.

I really love this site; it’s great to see more vendors getting into the bitcoin scene!

One question: where in the US are orders shipping from?

Everything ships from San Antonio. Thanks for the positive comment!

        Not a problem!

And I feel like an idiot now after re-reading the paragraph and seeing that you mention that specifically..along with an Alamo stamp…haha.

If you would like, I could send you coffee, tea and spices from India for bitcoins for you to have in your webshop :)

There isn’t a bitcoin presence from what I see in san antonio. It would be nice to at least discuss bitcoin with other people in this city at the least.
